Verbal De-Escalation & Crisis Intervention Training
This Crisis Intervention training program is 100% online and does not require an in-class training component.
This 6 hour online training program provides the candidate with a certification of completion recognized internationally; Canada, USA, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia.
Upon completion of the Verbal De-Escalation & Crisis Intervention training program, you will receive a digital copy of your Certificate by email.
The online course can be completed from your home computer, laptop or smart phone. This program can be completed on your own time and pace.
